When you look at the feedback provided by LegalShield, you can see that the issues were resolved and customers were satisfied. I came across a company named JustAnswer Expert some time ago. This company had gotten a lot of attention online due to their answering service. People like to flock to the site to connect with “experts” that answer questions regarding anything under the sun even lawyers.
Although this company seems to have a good rep on some platforms per some JustAnswer reviews, many people call it a SCAM.
People complain that the company offers a 7-day FREE trial where they let you try their answering service. However, with this “FREE Trial” you are initially charged $5 USD. If for some reason you don’t cancel the service you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. The exact costs of their monthly membership is unknown.
